Star Readers
The star readers are learned men and members of the Imperial Court of the New Yogo Empire. By reading the patterns of constellations, they are able to ascertain events in the present and the future. The star readers reside in the Star Palace.
Though the star readers are supposed to be scholars and remain uninvolved with political matters, the current Master Star Reader has been increasingly forming political attachments due to his role as an advisor to the Mikado.
Notable Star Readers include the Master Star Reader Hibi Tonan, Shuga, and Gakai.
