The Ancient Village (いにしえの村, Inishie no Mura) is the eighteenth episode of Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit.
Synopsis[]
In the hopes of learning the ancient story of the water spirit, Balsa, Chagum, and Tanda travel to the Inishie Village. After locating the village and learning the legend behind the water spirit's origins, Chagum is horrified to learn that the spirit's "guardian" must die for the spirit to be born.
