Lord Amusuran is the father of Taiga and Touji Amusuran and the previous Jin. He also has an older son, whose name is never given, who is married and has a son of his own. He was also married, but his wife died in childbirth, along with their infant daughter. Lord Amusuran's name is never given. He is friends with Mon and helped him in the past. He is shown to be a gruff, reticent man, who shows little emotion; he did not cry at his wife's funeral, nor at his son's. He is also brutal while training Taiga, at one point cutting his face with a sword, then slamming his head into a tree to disguise the cut as a scrape. Lord Amusuran has white hair of moderate length and bears a physical resemblance to his sons, particularly Jin.
