Neither Human Nor Tiger (人でなく虎でなく, Hito de naku, Tora de naku) is the thirteenth episode of Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit.
Synopsis[]
Balsa is challenged to a duel by a former rival, who targets a traveling couple in order to draw out her anger. Her attempts to protect the couple lead to a fierce duel that allows her anger to overwhelm her. Although she wins the fight, Balsa thinks that she killed her rival and has broken her vow to never take a life.
